Joke Alesh created Primary Weddings & Events in 2015 during her final year of dental school. Although her educational pursuits have focused on dentistry and public health, her love for organization, event planning, and decorating is undeniable. Joke was often called to plan and decorate events for different student organizations, family parties, and dental outreach activities. After hearing from countless people, impressed with her planning skills, that she "had missed her calling" she started to think more seriously about pursuing a lifestyle that included both dentistry and wedding & event planning. During her final year of dental school she decided to step out on faith and pursue this dream of becoming a wedding and event coordinator. She has an incredible eye for detail, is a master of schedules and to-do lists, and excels at managing teams of people. She enjoys bringing family and friends together to celebrate joyous occasions. When she’s not treating patients or playing with her baby girl, she’s helping clients coordinate their celebration of love!
